Terms and Conditions for a Non-Refundable Booking
Non-refundable rate / tariff
By selecting a booking at a non-refundable rate, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
The booking becomes effective upon receipt of payment.
The booking is considered confirmed once the full amount indicated in the booking or the prepayment has been successfully paid.
The selected rate is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded to the customer. A booking made at a non-refundable rate cannot be modified free of charge, including changes to the arrival or departure date, the number of guests, the room type, or any other booking conditions. Any changes are possible only with the consent of the accommodation provider, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.
Exceptional cases.
If the fulfilment of the booking becomes impossible due to reasons attributable to the accommodation provider, the amount paid shall be refunded to the customer in full, or, subject to agreement with the customer, an alternative solution shall be offered.
Pre-contractual notice before purchase.
Before payment is made, the customer shall be clearly informed that the selected rate is non-refundable and that the amount paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the booking.
